Working with an uncooperative supplier is incredibly frustrating. Our shipment disappeared after being marked as delivered during the Chinese New Year rush, despite us ordering numerous products. Initially, for just a few test items, we were charged triple the standard rate—$35 for a massager/products that typically costs between $11 and $16. When we reached out for support after the loss, requesting the possibility of a discounted rate for replacements, we received no response. This lack of communication and assistance, combined with their excessive pricing, makes it clear: avoid this supplier. While things may seem fine when there are no issues, any complications, such as customs delays, leave you unsupported and overcharged.
